Introduction
Crowns appear throughout Scripture as symbols of honor, authority, and power. Psalm 8:5 says, “You have made him a little lower than the angels and have crowned him with glory and honor.” I recently stepped into heaven’s Help Desk to inquire more about crowns, and I was met by Prophet Daniel, who is part of my business team. What followed was a profound conversation about how crowns relate to mankind from birth and how they impact our authority on earth.
The Inherent Crown of Mankind
Prophet Daniel explained that crowns are not only given once we are saved — there is an inherent crown every person carries from birth. This crown reflects man’s original mandate to rule over the earth and to tend it (Genesis 1:26–28).
But Daniel also revealed that there are other crowns we are born with, some good and some not so good. Bloodline iniquities, sins, and the harsh realities of life can knock these crowns off a person’s head.
Markings of Destiny
Every person is also born with the markings of the crown they are destined to wear for their specific earthly assignment written in their scroll. It is just the marking because the actual crown has been knocked off through generational iniquity. Once a person comes to Christ, they can begin to retrieve the lost crown and walk in it.
A crown, Daniel explained, is not merely decoration. It is a fortress — surrounding, encompassing, and empowering a son of God to walk in their assignment. Within that circle there is nothing missing. It has no beginning or end, for it carries eternal consequences.
Crowns as Instruments of Change
A crown is a conduit for transformation. To wear your crown is to emit change — the change of heaven to earth. Jesus taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). Crowns are part of that mandate.
Kings on the earth wear crowns as symbols of authority, and in the spirit, crowns operate in much the same way. Each crown carries its own protocol, power, and authority. You wouldn’t wear a crown of festivities into battle — you would wear the crown designed for warfare. The Father has designated various crowns for man’s different functions.
The Theft of Crowns
Satan, the enemy of truth, loves to seize upon man’s crowns and claimed it for himself. He pretends to offer it — promising authority, riches, or kingdoms — but his promises are lies (see Matthew 4:8–9). Crowns belong to mankind, redeemed through Christ’s death and resurrection, not to the enemy.
This means sons and daughters of God must begin to retrieve what is rightfully theirs. Crowns are part of what Christ restored at Calvary.
Crowns as Living Entities
Prophet Daniel revealed that crowns are more than symbols — they are living entities, much like Wisdom (Proverbs 8) or the seven Spirits of God (Isaiah 11:2). Each crown emanates something related to its name:
- A crown of righteousness emanates righteousness.
- A crown of life emanates life.
- A crown of glory emanates glory.
Crowns also carry frequencies, dominion, and dimensions. They may appear small, but their power is vast. Daniel compared them to an atom: tiny in appearance, yet capable of releasing explosive power.
A Call to Action
This encounter ended with a charge: the sons of God must claim and proclaim this truth so that others in the Body of Christ may also take action. Crowns are not static; they are dynamic instruments of authority and change. They surround us with God’s power and position us to bring heaven’s transformation into the earth.
Closing Thought
What crowns have been knocked off in your life? Through repentance, forgiveness, and alignment with Christ, those crowns can be restored. Power and authority flow from the crown you wear. And as Prophet Daniel informed me, each crown emanates according to its name. Let us step into our rightful place, retrieve our crowns, and walk in the fullness of what Christ redeemed.
Retrieve your Crowns in the Court of Crowns
Yes, there is a Court of Crowns in heaven — a place where you can retrieve the crowns that rightfully belong to you. Here are the steps you can follow::
Father, in the name of Jesus,
I request permission to enter the Court of Crowns. Thank You for making a way through the blood of Jesus.
I repent for my own sins, and I repent on behalf of my bloodline for the iniquities that have run through my family.
(Here, pause and name specific sins and tolerated negative patterns that Holy Spirit brings to mind — such as anger, pride, idolatry, poverty, sickness, addiction, deception, witchcraft etc..)
I renounce every agreement my family line and I have made with sin and with the enemy.
I ask the angels of the Court to remove from me and from my bloodline every evil crown placed upon us — crowns of shame, bondage, false authority, counterfeit power, pride, deception, witchcraft, destruction, loathing etc. Let them be stripped away now in Jesus’ name.
Court Attendant, I now ask you to show me from the Book of Crowns, the crowns that the Father has destined for me. Reveal to me what I am to pick up and wear — along with the corresponding authority, mantle, scepter, and throne that belong to my assignment.
If there is anything else that must be addressed, I am willing to hear it now, if not
I thank this Court for its service and honor, and I exit with gratitude.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
