How to See Faster Results of Sowing and Reaping

Today, as I was praying and asking the Lord what He wanted me to share with my audience, I heard Him say, “Talk about sowing and reaping.” (2 Corinthians 9:6, Luke 6:38, Galatians 6:7–9)
I thought, Sowing and reaping? People already know about this — this is simple stuff.

After catching myself and repenting for thinking that way, I heard the Lord say:

“Many of My children do not understand, and some do not even believe in sowing and reaping. If they did, they would not hoard so fiercely and fearfully. They think that I will not provide for them even though they have given—though they’ve put seed in the ground. They are impatient and keep unearthing what they have planted to see if the crop is rising or coming up. Double-mindedness will get you nowhere. They lack faith and patience. They need to deal with the root of that unbelief.

Many haven’t seen their harvest because there are legalities in the spirit that must be addressed first—or there are things in their character that I need to work on before they are ready to receive their harvest. You and many of My people want greater manifestation without addressing this ‘simple’ thing. There’s no such thing as a simple thing if you haven’t mastered it yet. If you haven’t seen the fruit, there are things to be learned and conquered. Without patience and faith, you won’t move forward.”

I said, Lord, forgive us and help us believe and grow in understanding of all this.

The following are questions the Lord put in my heart—questions we need to ask ourselves before we can receive a return from our sowing. There may be more questions for you personally that you need to ask and address:

  1. Have you examined yourself and repented for your sins and your bloodline’s sins? This is a continual process. Step into the Court of Mercy and the Court of Records to inquire what is pending against you and your bloodline, and repent.
  2. Do you give your tithe and offerings faithfully? If not, repent and begin doing so cheerfully.
  3. Are you giving grudgingly?
  4. Are you dividing your tithe between entities instead of giving the full tithe where you are spiritually fed?
  5. Are you planting in the right soil? Is the ministry or entity you’re sowing into a Bible-believing, Bible-principle-keeping ministry? Did the Lord direct you to give there?
  6. Are you giving out of gratitude for God’s goodness toward you, or are you giving out of pressure or fear?
  7. Are you giving while believing and expecting to receive a return according to God’s promises?
  8. Are you waiting patiently, or has your soul become offended and wounded due to hope deferred?
  9. Are you asking God specifically for what you want—and with the right motives?
  10. Are you asking and contending in faith, using God’s provision and prosperity scriptures as your foundation?

Sample Advocacy from the Courts of Heaven

Father, I ask to step into the Court of Mercy in Jesus’ name.
Your Honor, according to Matthew 5:25, I agree with the adversary that I haven’t been a tither or a giver of offerings according to Your Word. I repent of having a fearful and doubting attitude about giving. I repent for believing that You will not provide for my needs, leading me to hoard and withhold instead of giving to others. I repent for impatience and for allowing hope deferred to set in. I ask Your forgiveness for unbelief and for sowing in the wrong places. I repent for not inquiring of You where and how much to sow.
Your Honor, I request that if there is anything else I should repent of, the Court would make it known to me now, in Jesus’ name. (Proceed to repent.)
Thank You, Your Honor.

Father, I ask to step into the Court of Restitution in Jesus’ name.
Your Honor, I request that what has been robbed from me and my generations be restored to me and my future generations in Jesus’ name. I ask that the Court reveal to me what specific things I should request. (Listen and proceed to make your request.)
Thank You, Your Honor.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I request to step into the Court of Times and Seasons.
Your Honor, I request that my timeline be restored to what God the Father intended for me from the beginning of time. I ask for the removal of all evil timelines and that any wrinkles in the time-space fabric be smoothed out in Jesus’ name.
Thank You, Your Honor.

Salvation Prayer

If you are reading this blog but have not yet accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, this is the most important decision of your life.
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)

If you desire to make the Lord Jesus your Lord and Savior, recite the following prayer aloud in faith:

“Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I am a sinner in need of a Savior. I ask you to forgive my sins and cleanse me with your precious blood, which you shed to pay the penalty for my sins. I believe that you are the Son of God and that You died and rose again on the third day. I invite you to come into my heart and life as my Savior and Lord. With your help, I will live for you until the day you call me to heaven to be with you. Thank You, Lord.”

If you prayed this prayer in faith, welcome to the family of God. Begin reading your Bible daily and ask the Lord to lead you to a good church where you can grow in your relationship with Him.
